We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.

As a Field Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities for the role include:
Planning, execution and closing of Field Service activities in line with our contractual requirements (to the customer) as well as QEHS and cost target.

Main Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Field Service jobs/orders.
- Close cooperation with contract managers and resource managers assigning engineers to jobs
- Close cooperation with and support to Workshop foreman to plan workshop work.
- Prepare documentation for invoicing as and when required.
- To maintain KPI of the jobs on hand (Margin/TTI/WIP)
- Attend in contract/project reviews and meetings.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines.
- Issue Tech Requests when applicable.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

- Degree or Diploma in the field of marine engineering.
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate and interact well with customers and other stakeholders
