**The role**

Leading the Strategy team of the Commercial Department, you will be playing a key role in shaping and enhancing Love, Bonito’s assortment strategy, enabling our mission to empower women across the globe.

It is truly an exciting time for Love, Bonito as we are underway a global assortment revamp and re-branding exercise, enhancing both our assortment and brand to be well-positioned in driving our global expansion strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be managing the planning, execution and control of key strategic projects globally, including the assortment revamp and future expansion (organic, M&A). You will play an active role in identifying opportunities, defining strategies and bringing forward new initiatives to create the most value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment of goals and execution.

**Main responsibilities**
- Lead the global assortment revamp across different workstreams with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution, having oversight from consumer touchpoints to back-end operations
- Partner with Finance team on key financial implications of the assortment revamp, such as international pricing, margin expectations and margin tracking
- Develop strategic points of view focused on international growth, which include increasing product offerings through new models (e.g. strategic M&A, market entry strategy)
- Initiate, lead and drive strategic initiatives through its full lifecycle from concept to implementation, designing and implementing the end-to-end execution.
- Uncover new business opportunities or solve key challenges through working cross-functionally and cross-geographically to identify problems and gaps, collect and analyse data, generate insights, come up with solutions, and implement them.
- Device strategy analysis frameworks for identifying key business challenges through collection and analysis of vast business data to derive insights that outline imminent business issues
- Conduct competitor benchmarking analysis, survey of non-customers or industry experts, and macro or industry analysis to form solutions to solve key business issues, product market fit for new markets etc
- Collaborate with all functional teams to promote the optimization of process, strategy and data, sharing best practices and improve end to end outcomes for strategic initiatives, fostering an environment of continuous improvement that reduces inefficiencies, loss of revenue opportunities and market blockers

**Requirements**:

- Degree with a Bachelors in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting or business development
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, ability to develop and execute strategies that support business goals
- Strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to deliver results on time and within budgets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A growth mindset and entrepreneurial attitude, able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and ever-shifting environment
- Prior experience in fashion and retail industry preferred
- Prior experience in a DTC brand or startup preferred
