Your tasks:
Process customer orders, check and acknowledge orders, generate Delivery Note (DN) and invoices,, Purchase Order (PO), etc, Filing

Assist with admin paperwork for commercial & GOV tender submissions

Assist with customer follow-up calls, keep track and update of marketing reports for the team

Work with the team members to plan and roll out digital marketing programs

Sorting and doing up inventory for stocks.

Liaising with vendors and partners.

Preparing invoices and filing of documents.

Taking photos of products, listing them on platforms for sale.

Assisting in other administrative duties when required.

Able to understand and provide excellent customer service

Assist in running of daily operations

Administrative support such as liaising with suppliers, etc

Any other adhoc administrative tasks as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
