Singapore VANGUARD LEARNING LAB PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies targeting Vietnamese-speaking markets, including Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Identify, approach, and close new education agency partnerships, student recruitment leads, and institutional collaborations.
- Present Vanguard’s suite of programs to potential clients in a persuasive, professional manner—both in English and Vietnamese.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to conversion, onboarding, and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM tools and provide regular updates to management.
- Attend regional events, webinars, or education fairs to promote our offerings when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, admin, academic) to ensure a seamless sales-to-operations handover.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in education sales, business development, or recruitment—preferably in cross-border contexts.
- Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of English (IELTS 8.0 or equivalent strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, online sales platforms, and productivity tools.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Strong personal or professional network in Vietnam’s education or recruitment sector.
- Prior experience working with international universities or private education institutions.
- Willingness to travel if needed (Vietnam/Singapore/Malaysia).
