**Job Description**:
Analyzes potential impact of current and proposed business practices and plans. Responsible for the timely and competent analysis of business goals, objectives and needs and of the general business environment. Presents results of business analyses to senior management and makes recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities.

Manage Demand planning (operations aspect) for one or more Business Unit Portfolio
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, enhance, streamline and implementing the solutions.
- Managed NPI& EOL/PDN & provide support to the Product / Project team to derive strategies.
- Act as the BPA (system upkeep) for the Team based in Singapore.
- Equipped with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies. As well as up-to-date information on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems & reporting.

Complexity
- Works on issues of moderate scope. Monitor daily operation of a unit/sub unit.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.

Experiences /Skills
- SAP ECC /APO
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills
