Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Operations Excellence team. This role entails developing BI dashboards, performing business and AI analysis, managing projects, and gathering requirements. It requires experience in data analysis, Power BI, AI, and project management.

**What you will do**:
Dashboard Development:

- Analyze data requirements needed for the KPIs and translate business requirements into specifications for IT to extract the required data from various systems
- Design BI visualizations and develop BI dashboards using Power BI and work closely with IT to validate the data provided.

Business & AI Analysis:

- Work with stakeholders to perform business analysis to support the decision-making process
- Perform data analysis and modeling, and communicate analytical insights to business stakeholders through various techniques such as PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, documents, and charts
- Participate in process reviews through data analysis to recommend efficient and effective actions
- Use AI and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights
- Develop and implement AI models to solve business problems and enhance decision-making.

Project Management/ Stakeholder Management:

- Lead or participate in cross-border, cross-functional projects in a multi-national setup
- Manage projects involving the setup of performance management dashboards using industry BI tools
- Demonstrate experience in working within multi-cultural project teams across different countries.

Fact Finding/Requirement Gathering:

- Conduct and facilitate workshops, focus group discussions with both business and technical teams
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders related to processes and business measurements globally
- Organize both structured and unstructured information, creating communication packages/documents to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and have a common understanding of the situation and needs.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics/ Computer Science/ IT or related fields
- Relevant experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with knowledge in Power BI, including DAX and M query language
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with business intelligence or performance measurement dashboards using Power BI or other BI tools
- Familiar with Data Connectors, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience in project management involving cross-border, cross-functional projects in a multi-national setup.
