Haven Art Therapy is Singapore’s leading art psychotherapy clinic for emotionally dysregulated children. We help children who struggle with big emotions such as anxiety, anger, meltdowns or shutdowns through therapy designed around how they naturally express themselves. Using art, creativity and child-led techniques, we help kids feel safe, seen and heard — leading to therapy that’s not only effective, but genuinely loved by children.

We’re now looking for a smart, driven and polished Growth & Marketing Lead to help take a standout brand to the next level. This is a high-ownership role that blends performance marketing, digital storytelling, and strategic outreach — ideal for someone who thrives on building growth engines that work. It’s a role for someone who sees opportunity where others see limits — someone who can think, test, and drive real results.

What You’ll Own
- Client Growth Strategy - You’ll own the strategy to grow Haven’s client base. That means testing what works, learning fast, and scaling smart.
- Performance Marketing - Manage and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta, and TikTok. Report clearly on what’s converting — and what’s not.
- Website & Conversion - Propose and test landing page ideas, lead magnets, and copy to improve conversions.
- Partnerships & Outreach - Identify, pitch, and close referral or media partners that align with Haven’s premium positioning.
- Campaigns That Work - Build and run smart, targeted initiatives like events, talks, or referral drives to drive client acquisition.
- Pipeline Ownership - Maintain our CRM, track all leads, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Founder Collaboration - You’ll work closely with the founders on strategy, messaging, and scale.
