The Freight Forwarding Process Manager is responsible for planning the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and staff to improve operational efficiency. This position is responsible for developing work measurement for use in improving job set-ups and operational conditions that reduce cost and meet service commitments. The Freight Forwarding Process Manager also develops, manages, and maintains Industrial Engineering operating support systems and provides employee and customer support, direction, and oversight of Freight Forwarding communications. This position works cross-functionally across business units to determine best practices. He/She develops, updates, and contributes to operational processes and customer solution implementations. This position creates and audits SCS Freight Forwarding procedures to assess operational compliance. He/She participates in various special Freight Forwarding engineering initiatives and collaborates on IT, Marketing, and Operations projects.

**Key accountabilities**
- Oversees development/ analyze/ review of operations plans and identify organizational impact through communication of relevant issues and determine opportunities for improvement
- Develops and disburses Freight Forwarding communication internal customers through available platforms
- Support and maintains Freight Forwarding Systems to provide the framework for online policies, procedures, work instructions and manual including review system support correspondence to provide direction and address concerns
- Administer Operational compliance to UPS policies and local government regulations through risk identification audit and manage the operating guidelines.
- Manages customer solutions activities including guiding customer solution implementation processes and evaluates customer system needs- Manages projects lifecycles including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, startup, building and deployment from beginning to end.
- Develops goals to drive accountability for Balanced Scorecard elements.

**Job requirement**
- Bachelor or master degree in Engineering or any related discipline.
- Experienced in logistics and Distribution field.
- Possesses good interpersonal/ communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all level of stakeholder
- Team player that possesses good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong financial and business acumen perspective
- Experienced in people management
- Highly motivated individual with minimum supervision required.
