**Customer Support**
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve to HOD to enhance overall customer experience and drive business growth
- Administer the submission of government grants/claims
- Ensure payments received before the commencement of courses/workshops
- Handle, assign and ensure the quality of trainers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback using CRM software or other designated tools

**Marketing Support**
- To plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to increase lead generation
- Organise and oversees the execution of events and promotional activities and programme launches
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Execute, maintain and optimize performance of various projects including websites and social media
- To undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Meticulous and with an eye for details
- Highly analytical, possess creative and intuitive problem-solving ability
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under tight timeline
