We are looking for a talented **General Manager, Operations** to join our team in **Tuas South, Singapore**, as part of Singapore’ senior leadership team. This role will be following Hybrid work model, and it is required travelling within Singapore.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Develops and implements operational strategies aligned with organizational goals through the customer service and field service managers.- Engages and collaborates with the various business segments and functions leaders to align on the country’s strategic initiatives to develop shared objectives and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact organizational success.- Set challenging goals and manages the business towards the Annual Operating Plan, monitors the branch’s balanced scorecards, profit and loss and asset metrics.- Implements operating policies and procedures across multiple functional areas including customer service, service operations, finance, quality control, purchasing, Inventory management, and human resources.- Focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and addressing customer concerns.- Drives strategic projects and initiatives for continuous improvement and to improve operational efficiencies.- Manages compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards and audits.- Develops and motivates people managers. Set challenging work plans and individual development plans, building high-functioning teams, aligned to Cummins’ Values.- Develops a deep understanding of all of Cummins’ businesses.
