**Job Description & Requirements**
1. Assisted the general manager in the strategic planning, business plan and implementation of the business in charge;
2. Responsible for the improvement of the basic management system of the business, and the continuous optimization of the rules and regulations and process system;
3. Responsible for talent team training and team building of the business department;
4. Participate in major business decisions of the company;
5. Cooperated with the head office to undertake the implementation of related work related to the business in charge and actively communicated and coordinated with the head office;
6. Actively carry out communication and coordination with upstream and downstream units in charge of business, and establish a good business ecology;
7. Conducted organizational performance appraisal for business departments in charge;
8. Exercising the power of examination and approval for economic matters related to the business in my charge as authorized;
9. Other tasks assigned by the general manager and superior departments.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 10 years working experience in Telecommunication industry;
- Familiar with the international communications industry, especially international/cross-border related businesses and products;
- Excellent organizational planning and management skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams to accomplish mission objectives;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentations skills are required, Mandarin is a must;
- Working experience in Chinese Telco company is a plus;
- Able to business travel inside China periodically.
