**Responsibilities**:

- Generate QC reports and maintaining quality assurance records
- Ensuring products adherence to Singapore food regulations
- Resolve quality issues / customer feedbacks with the team
- Support R&D projects & assist in samples preparation
- Provide food quality & food safety related assistance to other departments
- Build and maintain good rapport with all frontline operation staffs
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures and policies set by company
- Take care of overall Quality and Food safety management system, as well as GMP
- Perform on-site brand hygiene inspection
- Prepare food safety training materials and give training to staffs
- Highlight food safety concerns and update Management accordingly

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
- Ability to implement and improve work processes
- Minimum Food Science / Food Technology or its equivalent
- Capable of working as part of a team as well as working independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Class3 driving licence preferred
- Abel to work weekend and Rotating shift
- Must have Food Safety Course Level 3 & 4
