**Responsibilities**
- Work on process characterization & development in advanced specialty technologies.
- Develop RFSOI process as integration engineer.
- Do characterization and device tuning on RFSOI technology.
- Resolve process integration issues and ensure large process window on critical steps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional modules to set up new developed processes and issue troubleshooting
- Handle process integration related works, such as lot running, prototype tapeout and issue investigations etc.
- Ensure process robustness for Fab manufacturing and production.
- Perform feasibility study and provide integrated process solutions to meet desired device specification and process improvement requirements
- Define, explore and qualify new integrated process solutions to meet quality and output needs of new processes for high volume manufacturing ramp.

**Requirements**:

- PHD/Masters/Bachelor degree in microelectronics/ electronics/ electrical/ physics/ chemistry or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years working experience in semiconductor R&D or semiconductor process integration is preferred.
- Prior 200mm/300mm semiconductor R&D experience would be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Team work spirit, Self-motivated and willing to learn attitude.
