Systems / Dev. Ops Engineer

AMILI is seeking for driven and collaborative individuals based in Singapore that will be heavily involved in our growth trajectory as we promote gut health here and in the region. As a Systems/Dev. Ops Engineer, you will have the opportunity to assist the Technology team to build something amazing across Southeast Asia. What you will be doing:
- Identify and implement areas of automation to streamline software operations
- Investigate existing database architecture to help propose steps for migrating into contemporary technologies
- Create pipelines for generating testing, staging, and production environments
- Implement monitoring software
- Build a consolidated error tracking system (e.g., in CloudWatch)
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years related work experience
- Proficient with Docker, Git, Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines, Bash, Repository management tool such as Nexus
- Proficient with RDBMS: Oracle, Postgres, mySQL
- Proficient with AWS cloud technologies: VPC, EC2, S3, ECS RDS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Experience deploying services using AWS services and Docker
- Strong Linux skills
- Must have excellent communication and requirement gathering skills
- An ability to be productive and successful in an intense work environment
- Able to learn new technologies quickly and jump in anywhere in our stack

- Experience with bioinformatics and genomics
**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
