Team Introduction
The Singapore tax team is building to work with other corporate functions on tax advisory, planning, structuring, and tax controversy. We ensure compliance with direct (corporate income tax) and indirect tax (sales and use tax and property tax) and solve tax related issues.
Position Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Support business team to perform tax assessment for new products, develop efficient and compliant tax solutions in the designated jurisdictions, as well as maintain the tax consistency among different jurisdictions for the same product in the group level.
- Coordinate closely with regional/country tax manager, to share latest business updates and develop specific tax solutions together with the team.
- Periodically review the business model and tax solutions for existing products in the group, and monitor the tax risk if exists.
- Monitor the change and update of tax legislation, identify potential tax impact and provide tax solutions to the business team in advance to ensure tax compliance. Provide tax training or tax updates to related business teams.
- Respond to daily tax enquires from business team or clients, business partners.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in areas of study such as Accounting or Finance with minimum of 5 years of working experience in tax and international tax.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate tax technical issues to non-tax professionals.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- International tax experience for cross-border transactions, and experience in indirect taxes( VAT/GST/SUT) of the digital economy and e-commerce, is highly preferred.
- Experience in a technology set up is strongly preferred.
