My client is one of the leading company from the US providing home essentials products globally. With the focus to creating high quality products, they are looking for an Order Processing Executive to join the growing team Located in the Central (Hybrid).

**Your new role**
- In charge order processing from order to cash
- Coordination with customers for order management and handle any product enquiries
- Ensure customers' orders are fulfilled and to resolve any issues that will affect shipments
- Check for stock availability and production lead time
- Raise PO for purchasing
- Logistics arrangement - shipments booking, shipping documents check (L/C, BL, Form E)
- To provide sales support for business leader for proposals and reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations/Sales related
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Must be proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup, PivotTable)
- Familiar with SAP, shipping terms and L/C checking process
- Ability to work independently
