Key Responsibilities:
**Academic Support**

Assist with class scheduling, timetable planning, and classroom arrangements.

Coordinate distribution and collection of teaching materials, assignments, and examinations.

Support academic staff with documentation, attendance tracking, and assessments.

Liaise with lecturers regarding teaching assignments, materials, and schedules.

Maintain and update academic records and student performance data accurately.

**Student Services**

Serve as the first point of contact for student enquiries regarding academic programs, attendance, and general student life matters.

Process student requests such as course deferments, withdrawals, and appeals.

Provide support for student onboarding, orientation programs, and graduation arrangements.

Monitor and follow up on student attendance and engagement in accordance with school and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Duties

Ensure proper filing and documentation for academic and student services records.

Assist in the preparation of reports for internal reviews and audits.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Provide support during regulatory inspections, audits, and quality assurance reviews.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma qualification; a background in education administration or related field is an advantage.

At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the education sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of CPE/EDUTRUST requirements and processes is a plus.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
