(W) Marketing Manager

**Overview**:

- **Job Type**:Full-Time
- **Office Location**:East Area, Singapore
- **Working Hours**:5 Days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- **Salary Compensation**:SGD 6,000 - SGD 7,500 per month
- **Additional Benefits**:Annual Wage Supplement (AWS, 13th Month Bonus)
- **Travelling Requirements**:Willing to travel as required for the role

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Budget**:Plan and prepare the annual marketing budget, aligning it with business strategy and financial goals.
- **Strategy Development**:Develop go-to-market strategies and integrated brand communication plans for selected countries.
- **Product Launches**:Create and execute marketing programs for product launches based on a strong understanding of customer/user needs.
- **Retail Marketing**:Lead the retail marketing team in executing advertising and promotional activities across retail stores, ensuring smooth monthly campaign execution.
- **VIP Membership Program**:Oversee the VIP Membership Program, including CRM, communication plans, and reward tiers.
- **Public Relations**:Manage public relations functions, including agency management, media relations, influencer marketing, and proofreading press releases.
- **Digital Marketing**:Lead the digital marketing team to enhance brand outreach across online and social media platforms.
- **Graphic Design**:Oversee the graphic design team responsible for retail point-of-sale materials and brand collateral.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, e-commerce, product teams) to ensure alignment and information flow.
- **Third-Party Collaboration**:Collaborate with media, agencies, landlords, banks/credit cards to advance the company's interests.
- **Reporting and Liaison**:Handle relevant marketing reports and coordinate with regional and global headquarters.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, people relations, or branding, preferably within the retail industry.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record in leading marketing initiatives and delivering impactful results.
- Strong digital and social media knowledge and experience.
- Ability to multi-task and possess key attributes such as adaptability, creativity, approachability, open-mindedness, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
