Overview of job

In this role, you will assist commercial lead for Agencies/Company needs, handle daily business issues, and manage company associations. The role requires constant communicating and negotiating with business associates and shared service. In addition, you will continuously assist to improve the agencies/Company’s procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines.

Measures of success
- In 3 months:

- Basic understanding of the Agency/ GroupM structure
- Familiar with the internal systems
- Timely submission of reports

In 6 months:

- Able to build a good rapport with various stakeholders in the region

In 12 months:

- Support Commercial Director in the daily commercial activities

Responsibilities of the role:

- Reviewing of monthly actuals including variance analysis against forecast
- Preparation of quarterly client profitability report, budgeting and forecasts, fees reconciliation reports.
- Driving regional hub client audits
- Supporting Commercial Director to be a finance partner to Regional Hub client leads, and to meet the finance performance metrics of the agency
- Collation of reports from APAC and reporting to Mindshare Worldwide team
- Any other adhoc duties required

What you will need:

- At least 6-8 years of working experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment or a dynamic professional environment with multiple stakeholders
- Preferably a degree in Accountancy in a reputable University or ACCA
- Able to work independently and articulate well
