**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Act as a senior consultant and trusted adviser, build a strong, collaborative relationship with client executive leadership, educating and embedding the DS&A practice to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with client leaders and other internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities for DS&A services, developing both strategic roadmaps and tactical executions to optimise client return on investment.
- Build a strong working relationship within local market, regional and Global leadership teams across GroupM and WPP’s network, understanding technology, partnerships and market opportunities to develop and deliver the best-in-class DS&A products and services proposition.
- Work closely with Mindshare’s CDSAO APAC to build and scale a super-regional DS&A capability, leveraging Global products and services investments into APAC.
- Scope, estimate, lead and deliver DS&A projects for clients, leveraging local market, regional and global talent to provide award winning services to clients.
- Provide technical and thought leadership in the domains of data management, automation, analytics and insights, data science and ML/AI.
- Manage and coach a growing team of more junior DS&A teams members, developing them to help realise their full potential

**What you will need**:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in data, analytics and data science practice, preferably with time spent both in consultancy and enterprise delivery.
- Extensive experience in data and analytics practice in paid media (agency, client, or vendor side), in both traditional and digital advertising platforms, combined with knowledge of practice in owned media, CRM and digital experience platforms
- Experience managing large data and analytics projects, including scoping and estimation, requirements gathering, data science development and client delivery.
- Master’s degree in relevant technical domain (Maths, Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Econometrics, ML/AI etc)
- Demonstratable commercial acumen, ability to translate business problems into DS&A opportunities, clearly and succinctly expressing complex technical ideas for a no-technical audience.
- A motived, self-starter with demonstratable business and team leadership capabilities; able to both influence executive leaders and inspire and coach aspiring practitioners.
- A team player with a track record of delivering outstanding results in a sophisticated, matrix organisation, managing complexity outcomes both vertically and laterally
- Hands-on, practical experience in data and analytics tools of the trade, including Cloud Data Management, Automation and Engineering technologies (Azure, GCP, Snowflake etc), and BI, Analytics and Data Science platforms (Power BI, Data Robot etc)
- Strong hands-on practical experience in data science development in languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, Tensorflow, etc
