**The role**

We are seeking a qualified lawyer specialising in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting matters for foreign brands to help pioneer the way in Asia for our client Stobbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and co-ordinating the set-up of a physical office in Asia.
- Developing brand protection offerings and corresponding pricing
- Building and managing a network of anti-counterfeiting experts in Asia as well as hiring and building a team of support roles and fee earners
- Designing data management system to improve team’s efficiency and centralise clients’ brand protection data together with developing marketing plans and attending conferences and networking events for business development
- Managing project scope and delivery: working with senior and junior members of the team to ensure that projects are successfully devised, pitched, and executed
- Managing client accounts, including designing strategies, planning resources, and co-ordinating action plans and, linking Stobbs practice areas to offer integrated solutions and establishing large scale and continuous client relationship

**Qualifications**
- Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent
- Experience in International brand protection experience with fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and networking capabilities with proven track records.
- Willing to work in accordance with different time zones.
- Action oriented, decisive and able to work well independently.
