**Job Summary**
Reporting to Head of Compliance, this role will be responsible for providing support and advice on day to day operations in accordance to the Company and Singapore legislative requirement.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on scoped transactions, and escalate to Senior Management for approval in accordance with the established time-lines and requirements from established procedures
- Conduct AMLCFT reviews on scoped transactions from various systems in relation to name screening, transaction monitoring, operation functions’ escalations in accordance with the established time-lines and requirements from established procedures
- Conduct reviews to assess the adherence of customer due diligence and AMLCFT, FATCA, and CRS requirements in relation to operational procedures
- Conduct periodic review of existing customers’ information to assess for AMLCFT risks, and updated CDD information
- Handle MAS and LIA Circulars, and communicates the requirements to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain the register on MAS correspondence (i.e inbound and outbound)
- Coordinates with various functions to ensure timely internal stakeholders and external regulatory reporting
- Conduct compliance training to employees, develop and compile questions and answers for the relevant topics and monitor participation attendance
- Provide advice on FATCA/CRS periodic requirements to operation functions
- Review and monitor the Gift & Entertainment and Personal Data Inventory registers and manage compliance by business functions
- Perform ongoing review and process improvements on compliance related procedures
- Assist the Head of Compliance on any assigned project(s) and initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, law or other related discipline
- At least 3 years of compliance experience in the life insurance.
- Good knowledge of regulations AMLCFT, FATCA/CRS, PDPA, LIA & FAIR, and risk management topics
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active and positive attitude
- Have good organization skill and be meticulous paying attention to details.
- Advanced analytical and interpretive skill.
- Able to work under pressure and independently in a dynamic environment.
