我司是新能源光伏电站开发投资企业，公司目前有光伏电站开发投资业务。我司是一家集研发、生产和销售及综合服务于一体的技术实力派公司。

**Roles & Responsibilities **角色与职责：

1.Assist in developing suitable overseas financing transaction strategies based on the company's strategy;
2.Assist in negotiation for the acquisition and transfer of overseas photovoltaic/wind power stations;
3.Assist in the development of projects;
4.Assist in collecting the equity transfer payments and project payments for power station projects;
5.Be responsible for communication and coordination between departments to promote overseas investment and financing, and oversee the progress of the processes;
6.Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

1、根据公司战略，协助制定合适的海外融资交易策略；

2、协助海外光伏/风电电站收购、转让的交易谈判；

3、协助项目的开发工作；

4、协助完成电站项目股权转让款及工程款回款；

5、负责部门间沟通交流，协调推进海外投融资，督促流程进度；

6、领导交代的其他事项。

**Qualification **资格：

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a key university, with rich experience in overseas project transactions;
2.Preference will be given to those who are familiar with financial models;
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
4.Possess basic knowledge in marketing, finance, and law;
5.Good English listening and speaking skills.

1、重点院校本科及以上学历，拥有丰富的海外项目交易经验；

2、熟悉财务模型者优先；

3、良好的沟通与谈判能力；

4、具备营销、财务、法律基础知识；

5、英语听说能力良好。
