**Job Descriptions**
- Plan and execute recruitment activities to expand your team
- Train and monitor financial consultants’ productivity to ensure profitability of unit.
- Supervise, oversee and set priorities for your team members
- Coach, supervise and guide your team members in providing accurate and prompt services to their clients
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients
- Developing network and onboarding new clients
- Learn and adopt new plans to enhance client’s financial portfolio through insurance, savings, and investment

**Job Requirements**

We are looking for:

- Only Singapore Citizen /and above 21 years old (required by MAS requirement)
- At least 3 Years in the Financial Services Industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Minimum Qualification(s): Full certification in GCE A' Levels/ Polytechnic Diplomas or Degree holders (Local Certifications)
- M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certifications
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with experience in managing and leading a team of Financial Consultants
