**Summary of Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
General Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize the performance of all creative digital marketing campaigns
- Responsible for the conceptualization and design of the digital artwork required for social media
- Brainstorm on new ideas and strategies to drive effective marketing campaigns
- Responsible for conceptualization of promotional collaterals
- Design collaterals including ads, posters, newsletters, banners, flyers, invitations, vouchers and coupons
- Liaise with suppliers on the production of design collaterals
- Manage and maintain all graphic design files including logos, photos and artworks
- Maintain collateral archives
- Raise purchase requisition for approval of printing, advertising and department collaterals
- Maintain the media library, ensuring the images are up-to-date at all time and uploading new images
- To construct content for internal communications platform with Management’s inputs
- Provide marketing communications and administrative support to the Marketing Communications Manager
Collaterals:
- Coordinate and execute production of printed materials (guest collaterals, brochures, F&B promo brochures), following the specifications stipulated in the corporate ID manual.
- Ensure the best priced quotations and raise purchase requisitions for all production and printing related services.
- Work closely with external printing vendors to ensure best quality met.
- Assist the various departments in their collateral production.
- Ensure timely deliver of printed materials back to hotel.
- Ensure proper and timely display, distribution of printed materials for use to maximise awareness of planned promotion, event.
Website and Social Media:
- Plan, execute and optimize the performance of all creative digital marketing campaigns
- Conceptualise and design the art work required for the website and social media.
- Timely and accurate website updates on information and promotions.
- Provide constant update and posts on Hotel’s social media platform
- Assist with the development and implementation of hotel's social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) strategies so as to increase traffics/fanbase with interactive activities.
Advertising:
- Brainstorm on ideas and strategies with the Marketing Communications Manager
- Maximises advertising budget by ensuring that the hotel's creative message and media activities are consistent.
- Monitor and maintain media schedules and ensure artwork are approved and transmitted to the print house in time.
Photography:
- Be the official photographer for the hotel to cover any events when required.
- Maintain photo album of images.
- Conduct internal photoshoot for the use of developing creatives when required
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diplomas in any discipline, preferably Marketing/Mass Communications.
- Expertise in professional design and layout programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Photography skills preferred.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with written and oral proficiency in English.
- Passionate, hardworking and well organised with power to prioritize and multi-task.
- Flair for creativity.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good liaison with all other department team members
