We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Head of Product Development, SEA.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management process including product development, approval, review and exit
- Working closing with IWS product teams in developing new product proposition and enhancing product shelf
- Engaging with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations, etc. for comments and clearance in product management related topics
- Aligning with the regional team in product management process and procedure
- Running the product oversight committee for new product approval and existing product review on regular/ad-hoc basis

**Requirements**:

- 10yrs or above experience in business management or product development
- Good understanding of private banking industry, regulations and culture
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or potential
- Product knowledge and understanding will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Problem solver with attention to details
