We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operations of our organization while providing essential personal assistance to the Managing Director. Your role will be vital in maintaining efficiency and supporting the smooth functioning of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Operations and Administration**:

- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain the office environment and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and corporate events.
- Manage the office filing system and record office expenditures.
- Implement and enforce office policies, operating standards, and procedures.
- Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls, receiving guests, and scheduling meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

**Finance**:

- Manage payroll, including CPF, GST, and management expenses.

**HR Administration**:

- Update policies, procedures, and programs as needed.
- Maintain personal files and oversee staff welfare.
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.
- Handle payroll, staff leave, insurance policy renewals, and staff claims.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in administration or office management.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
