**Job Summary**:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to members and guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The role includes maintaining cleanliness and stock of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the overall Club experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and Club standards.
- Recommend drink selections based on guests’ preferences.
- Set up and close the bar, including restocking and cleaning.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and surrounding area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisor of stock replenishment needs.
- Maintain proper records of sales, wastage, and breakages.
- Verify guests’ age and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and issue receipts.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support F&B team during Club events and special functions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, club, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and hygiene practices.
- Valid food hygiene certificate is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
