**BARTENDER**

The bartender will be responsible for preparing quality beverages according to the company’s recipes and presentation. The bartender is also responsible for the cleanliness of the bar during and after operations. The bartender must also possess good communication skills, be a team player and coordinate effectively with the service and kitchen staff to provide the best possible level of service to our customers.

**Duties**
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and non-alcoholics
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar
- Learn and perform daily bar inventory
- Learn and perform perishable orderings (fruits/garnishes etc), as well as ice order for daily operations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by bar manager.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and pleasant disposition
- Able to work on Weekends as well as public holidays.
- Able to communicate in English
- Team player
