Role Responsibilities:
Operation
- Develop the business management framework (scorecard, dashboard, cadence) to deliver business consistency and strategy execution
- Establish business governance between Region and Asia Pacific Countries
- Coordinate business and P&L reviews for APAC Service Line Leads and countries leads
- Establish the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps
- Manage or support business priority projects and business activities. Track and facilitate progress against plan/milestones for initiatives
- Work with cross functional teams ( Finance, Sales Operations, HR, Global and country ) across the entire span of business operational activities

Readiness Planning
- Interlock and ensure overall linkage of planning and operation engagement with Business Units, functional teams and countries
- Support and drive comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends and experience
- Identify or implement tools, models and methods for making key business decisions
- Advises business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions
- Ensure alignment of regional and country strategies and goals in readiness planning cycles

Projects Management Support
- Owns and drive business operational programs/activities that aligned to business strategic initiatives
- Provide support and participate in cross Business Units or cross functional teams program/activities

**Experience Required**:

- Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.
- Extensive knowledge of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
- Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
