**Business Planning & Operations Analyst, APAC Scaled Responsibilities**:

- Operating Cadence/ Rhythm of business:Execute on standard cadence of operations (e.g., goal-setting, revenue review, key accounts reviews). Support APAC Scaled sales teams with planning and operational requests e.g. annual planning, business reviews. Drive operational excellence in the sales organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business Identification of operational improvements based on review of current processes. Handle local enablement and change management with the regional team
- Data driven business insights:Drive impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical/sub-vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness Identify key levers for driving revenue growth.Data Analytics and Insight into Business and Operations through a variety of tools including Tableau, SQL and high proficiency in Excel.
- Strategic projects and initiatives:Translate global initiatives to regional level and help drive corporate alignment. Develop projects at regional level that have potential to scale at a global level.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- 3+ years work experience in tech/consulting. Past experience with operation improvement or data-driven work preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
- Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL
