The Responsibilities:

- Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition
- Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to clients

The Requirements:

- No experience required; training will be provided
- Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease
- Good communication skills and he/she must be willing to learn
- Willing to work on weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Japanese skills, especially reading and speaking skills to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking colleagues and counterparts
