**About our client**:Our client is a local manufacturer company in Singapore.

**About the role**:

- Lead and supervise accounting, finance and admin functions of the Company and oversees day-to-day financial operations
- Review financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legislative financial reporting requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations team to drive the planning and budgeting process to meet sales targets
- Monitor and ensure healthy and adequate cash-flow and funding to support on-going operations.
- Perform analytical review of monthly financials and profitability with up-to-date performance outlook.
- Review monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Participate in discussions relating to strategic initiatives and operational models, new partnership arrangements and multi-channel sales expansion strategies.
- Perform evaluation of current and potential businesses and to ensure controls and risk management processes are managed effectively across the business
- Manage accounting and finance processes and controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies to support the business growth
- Integrate Finance module into the Operation Management System with the ERP solution.
- Advise on funding requirements and structure to drive and support business expansion and acquisitions.
- Develop Employee Share Option scheme
- Liaison and work with external parties, bankers and auditors etc
- Handle tax matters to optimize tax liabilities.
- Any other duties as assigned

**About you**:

- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 10 years or above of related experience in the Manufacturing industry.
