Our client is a global consumer powerhouse with extensive investment in Asia, they are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Finance Leader to join its Singapore office.

Reporting to the regional Finance Director of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for a capable finance team managing financial operations of multi-country manufacturing sites across South East Asia.

Key responsibilities
- Business Partner with Commercial Operations to provide finance support around manufacturing strategy
- Business Partner with Commercial Operations to drive optimal product allocation strategies
- Formulate analysis for non-material cost of sales to support decision making
- Work with stakeholders to identify cost savings initiatives to drive down non material costs elements within product costs
- Provide negotiation support to Commercial Operations with data, scenario analysis/mapping for non material costs matters
- Lead in the management of Other Cost of Sales spend
- Lead regular financial risk assessments of manufacturing
- Oversee the control environment relating to write offs and rework processes
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support commercial / strategic initiatives involving manufacturing
- Review of key processes to drive process improvements

Key requirements
- CA/CPA/ACCA Qualified Finance Professional - with extensive Manufacturing Experience
- Experience in rigorous financial planning, commercial analysis and/or strategy experience
- Extensive experience within manufacturing in Asia
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills
- Experience in working across functions and cultures and dealing with remote teams
