**Job Description**:
This is Business Analyst Manager role mainly responsible to drive product costs improvement through optimizing existing resources and manage mega expansion capital project (> $100M per project). The role requires strong adoption of SAP Discreet Manufacturing Product Cost and Business Analytic skills to manage product costing and cost center budget and forecast.

**Responsibilities**:

- To achieve product cost target through partnering with operation team (managers and above level) to provide value added guidance for financial analysis using SAP BI and other analytical tool.
- To drive operation related cost centers budgeting and forecasting cycle of >$100M operating cost, to deliver high quality and accurate budget and forecast.
- To work closely with Head of Finance/Business Planning Manager to perform risk and opportunity analysis and various product cost simulation to achieve financial targets.
- To partner with various operation team to drive cost improvement projects and Total Product Cost Roadmap.
- To overall responsible for manufacturing key projects (ie: OEE) tracking to ensure all projects cost funding, ROI within approved budget/expectation and achieve milestones.
- To overall in charged and control mega capital project (>$100M) funding, costing, cash forecast, resources ramp up plan and compliance.
- To partner with HOF/BPA Manager to lead annual budget exercise for internal and external stakeholders (Senior Management) discussions. To prepare MTO budget package, supporting documents and summary as key deliverable to Internal/External Stakeholders.
- To prepare various ad-hoc cost simulation timely for senior management discussion.
- To manage site’s monthly financial books closing activites. (accruals, inventory, cost allocations, product settlement, P&L variance analysis)
- To deliver monthly management reporting package, review with site senior management team and present to Global Team.
- To perform monthly update of various global reporting system (MBR, Aspire, CCP, One FTE reporting, SNOW, Adaptive, Tableau)
- To manage Shared Service Center’s (R2P, R2R, Tax, Assets, Treasury) deliverables related to site’s accounts.
- To assist in coordination of external financial/Tax audit with Shared Service Center and external auditors.
- To review frequently finance operations through AFCM control matrix and update SOPs. To ensure all Global Finance Policy updates are implemented at site.
- Overall assist finance department one time/ad hoc projects such as grant claims, system upgrading project, improvement projects etc
- To prepare custom cost statements for AML products annually/ad hoc, transfer pricing addendum with APL and service level agreement with intercompany.
- To manage the SAP product cost setup and superuser for SAP Business Intelligence (BI) module.
- Deputize Head of Finance in overseeing finance’s operation on department budget, administrative, events and stakeholders’ queries and MTO/Global Finance ad-hoc request.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years in manager role
- Must have Manufacturing experience and use SAP
- Must know product costing and budget/forecast

**Education**:

- Preferred CPA (Accounting degree) & Greenbelt certified
