**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a
**Finance**
**Manager** for a automotive - manufacturing related company to work closely with our client's HQ's Finance team in Singapore and requires frequent travel to the United States.

The
**Finance Manager** will prepare and review of full sets of accounts for month end closing, and work closely with the Group FP&A on annual Group budget exercise. Comply with local accounting standards and group policies when implementing accounting transactions, processes, and documentation. Redesign and implement business processes to support business strategy and growth. Review and present monthly financial results to management and provide valuable insights.

**Other responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Develop policies, procedures, and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Financial modeling, prepare tools and templates for scenario analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual group and local statutory audits and tax filings.
- Prepare annual accounts, financial statements and reports for compliance with local government regulations and relevant financial and accounting standards.
- Ensures all statutory and tax returns are prepared and filed in an accurate and timely manner.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Possess relevant professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
- At least 5 to 7 years in-house experience in fields of Auditing, Accounting or Finance
- **Vital to possess a strong technical competency in IFRS and US GAAP**:

- Proven supervisory experience, may have to lead a small team
- **Automotive or Manufacturing industry background is vital**:

- Advanced MS Excel (VBA and Macro preferred) and PPT skills
- Knowledge in using Oracle system is an advantage
- **Able to travel extensively across Asia and United States**:

- **Comfortable to relocate to United States eventually**
