**Job Title: Human Resources Director**

**Location: Singapore**

**Overview**

Purple Cloud is a fast-scaling technology company at the forefront of the thermal cooling industry. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a strategic, hands-on **HR Director**to shape and lead our people strategy across regions.

As HR Director, you will partner closely with senior leadership to lead and evolve Purple Cloud’s people strategy globally. You will drive initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and culture building — ensuring Purple Cloud remains a destination for top talent and a high-performance workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic HR Leadership**
- Partner with CEO, and executive team to align people strategy with business goals.
- Translate business objectives into HR strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
- Lead workforce planning to anticipate scaling needs and talent gaps.

**Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding**
- Oversee global recruitment operations across key functions, particularly engineering, operations, and leadership roles.
- Build a robust talent acquisition strategy that supports growth in new markets.
- Strengthen Purple Cloud’s employer brand to attract diverse and mission-aligned talent.

**Talent Development & Organizational Capability**
- Design and implement programs in leadership development, onboarding, and performance management.
- Create scalable development paths for high-potential employees and managers.
- Foster a feedback-rich, continuous learning culture.

**Culture & Employee Experience**
- Champion a values-driven and inclusive culture aligned with Purple Cloud’s mission.
- Design initiatives that reinforce engagement, well-being, and belonging.
- Partners with department heads to cascade people initiatives across functions.

**HR Operations & Compliance**
- Establish efficient, scalable HR systems and processes (e.g., HRIS, L&D, compliance).
- Ensure global employment law compliance and risk management.
- Monitor key people metrics and provide insights to leadership.

**Business Partnership & Collaboration**
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders across functions including product, engineering, sales, and operations.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by aligning organizational design and team structures with business needs.

**Qualifications**
- 10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global talent acquisition and talent development.
- Experience supporting growth-stage or mid-size companies (tech industry preferred).
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner cross-functionally with C-level stakeholders.
- Track record of building leadership development and performance frameworks from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a deep belief in people and culture as strategic assets.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or board reporting environments.
- Experience in managing HR functions across Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Certification in coaching, leadership development, or OD (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD).
