**Job Profile Summary:
New Partnerships team under PACS Distribution Business Generation is looking for a New Partnerships Solution Specialist who will be responsible for managing strategic third-party digital/O2O partnerships by implementing new types of business models. You will collaborate with partners to create customized solutions and generate new leads for Prudential’s sales force. You will also manage the end-to-end process of the partnership, from initial contact to onboarding, and ensure a successful launch of the partnership.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Work closely with the Head of New Partnerships to create new bespoke propositions and lead generation campaigns through newly acquired partners as a key liaison.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
- Manage the end-to-end process of the partnership, including contract negotiation, onboarding and launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as legal, Risk and compliance, technology, marketing, customer segments, product) to ensure smooth execution of the partnership.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of the partnership and identify areas of improvement.
- Work closely with Leads Management, Growth and Insights, Agency Distribution team to identify areas for improvement, awareness building and adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing, business development or business management.
- Possess good understanding of insurance, project management, sales and digital tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

**Education**:

- Degree in a discipline related to business, finance or marketing

**Language**:

- Fluent in English
- Other Asian Languages a plus
