**Introduction**:
As Ecosystem Partnership Specialist, you will be reporting to Technology Partnership Manager to assist to systematically scout, shortlist and evaluate priority use-case-backed vendors/solutions both internally and externally. Your role is to support the Technology Partnership Manager in the development of a partnership model and performance review mechanism.

**Your Job**:

- Assist Digital Ecosystem Partnership Manager together with Digital Strategy group and internal stakeholders to understand use case roadmap and specific use-case-backed needs.
- Help Digital Ecosystem Partnership Manag to develop “make”, “buy” or “partnership” option-assessment framework and implement the framework for each use case’s digital technology.
- Support in the definition of new technology requirements based on priority use cases and scout for, short list and evaluate solution providers and technology partners (both external and internal) to meet requirements.
- Work with solution providers to develop partnership model and performance review mechanism.
- Assist Digital Ecosystem Partnership Manager in leading the evaluation and selection of technology partners with use case teams, and recommend options to Digital Manufacturing Lead
- Partner GSM to negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and service level agreements.
- Cultivate, and maintain effective collaboration and communication with technology partners to GF’s Digital Partner Ecosystem.
- Stay updated on industry technology trends and present quarterly to the broader manufacturing team on innovative solutions.
- Help to monitor partner performance and outcomes, tracking key metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and play back learnings to use case teams.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Min 4 year's experience in technology partnership management, business management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Digital Manufacturing technologies and trends, including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Automations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and partnership management.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on emerging digital technology and trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in engineering technology, computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
