Our Client, in the Automotive Industry located Across Singapore has opening for Parts Executive.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for achieving the targets relating to turnover and profits for parts, accessories & lifestyle
Responsible for achieving the highest possible parts potential utilization in the dealership business
Ensures a high level of delivery readiness along economical lines and customer satisfaction by means of high parts availability Manage Parts Dept financial measurement (KPIs) for business areas such as parts, accessories & lifestyle
Manage monthly & yearly turnover and profit planning for parts, accessories, lifestyle and 4th level business are achieved
Ensure profit target achievement from parts operation
Manage risk (financial and non - financial) within department
Responsible for annual budget of Parts Department
Compiles and implements a marketing plan
Plans and undertakes marketing activities with marketing dept
Prepares offers with regard to profit targets
Canvasses for business from independent 4th level workshops
Presents the sales of accessories in an attractive and sales-promoting manner to increase the sale of accessories
Actively participate on Lazada online promotions to look into sales and clearing of our lifestyle & accessories inventory
Is responsible for all personnel decisions regarding his parts staff (plans staffing requirements, hires)
Controls parts supervisor, senior parts advisor/parts advisor on the basis of defined key figures
Conducts ad-hoc meetings to discuss target agreements/feedback and achievement of objectives
Conducts annual appraisal process with his parts staff which includes the definition of an individual development plan for each employee
Acts as a role model and ensures brand-compatible employee behavior
Sets regular meetings with service personnel in order to undertake joint campaigns
Check & compile list of slow moving stocks periodically and make proposal to dispose of these stocks

**Requirements**:
Good general education - degree or equivalent
Business and/or technical training
Class 3 Driving license
Good IT skills
