
HR & Admin Executive (1 Year Contract, Renewable)

Perfom daily administrative duties and general office adminitration.
- Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date
- Filling of HR documents
- Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels
- Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
- Any other HR & GA functions as needed
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and willing to learn
- Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
**Work Location**:
30 Pasir Panjang Road #07-32 Mapletree Business City Singapore 117440.
**Working Hours**:
8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
