Recruitment
- Identify appropriate channels of recruitment
- Liaise with employment agencies
- Review CVs before recommending suitable ones to the hiring managers
- Conduct interviews & selection tools
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers

Onboarding of new hires
- Initiate the pre-employment medical checkup and background screening process
- Liaise with immigration vendors for new hires who require work passes
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Admin)
- Conduct HR orientation for new hires on their first day of work (including briefing of terms & conditions of employment and introduction of HRIS)

Offboarding of leavers
- Prepare release letter
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Admin)
- Conduct exit interview

Liaison with outsourced payroll vendors in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
- Inform vendor of new hire and provide the standard documents needed for their follow-up action
- Inform vendor of leaver and provide the standard documents (e.g. resignation letter, release letter) for their follow-up action
- Send monthly payroll instructions to vendor and check payroll reports
- Send additional data (e.g. benefits-in-kind) to vendor for personal tax reporting and check tax forms

Employee communication
- Liaise with employees on leave matters
- Liaise with employees on the annual compliance exercises

Any other ad-hoc HR duties assigned (e.g.)
- Respond to surveys (government agencies) and internal requests for HR data.
- Attend to internal & auditors’ queries relating to HR
- Liaise with immigration vendors and foreign staff re work pass renewals
