This includes full talent acquisition support to Business Unit in all their hiring activities
- Handle Job Requisitions process and approvals
- Hands-on working experience with Workday will be preferred

Employee Lifecycle
- Documentation preparation for new employees such as P-file creation, orientation briefing, completion of orientation checklist, ensure access to systems and data accuracy in HR systems.
- Track confirmation of new employees in terms of settling and confirmation.
- Provide employee services in terms of certification letters, contract renewal, work pass renewal, exit management, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in hands on HRM operational functions with good follow up and follow through skills
- Experience in using Workday will be preferred
- Customer centric with good communication and presentation skills
- Good in numerals, organised and meticulous in handling reports
