Location: CBD
**Responsibilities**
- Manage Import/Export operations, liaising closely with overseas’ distribution centres
- Billing for sea FCL/LCL, and Air, weekly/monthly settlement report, analysing cost effective of purchases for each shipment
- Liaise with freight forwarders for shipment tracking, custom permit update, and arrange government inspection if necessary
- Follow up with vendors, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Work closely with logistic staffs to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Maintain or improvise quality assurance, to ensure all products are safe (background checked), cost effective, and assured quality.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Update internal databases with order details and maintain updated records of invoices and summary payments
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Supply Chain management
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
