Job Scope:

- Plan and implement the Asset Management Strategy
- To optimize supply chain management, operations and maintenance processes and productivity
- Develop and prepare tender / contract documents for new / existing suppliers and vendors
- Maintain good working relationship with stakeholder
- Determine and track department’s KPIs such as Asset Management, Supply Chain Management and Operations & Maintenance are meeting regulatory and company’s requirement
- Oversee daily operations and identify process bottleneck, propose and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain Asset Information System and track asset movement and maintenance history records, to determine Asset Life Cycle and proposing maintenance, renewal / refurbishment or disposal strategies
- Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)
- Develop short and long-term budget forecasts
- Stay up to date with latest Asset Management and Supply Chain Management technologies with best practices ensuring continued implementation of asset management best practices for department to achieve ISO 55001 Asset Management Certification
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering discipline
- Possess minimum 1 - 3 years of Asset Management / Supply Chain experience from Operations & Maintenance industry
- Maintenance Engineers from electrical / machinery / production background are welcome to apply
- Hands on experience on ERP Systems or Incident / Case Management Systems will be preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Comfortable in preparing reports and presentations
- Able to work independently and in a team in a challenging environment
