**Job description
- In charge of month end closing
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting of trading and retail companies
- Prepare Bank reconciliation, Payment voucher, General Ledger, Journal Voucher, Purchase Orders, inter-company transaction, receivables and payables relevant transactions, and other relevant accounting records
- Assist in the lodgment of returns to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and XBRL filing
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor

**Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
- Well conversant with Company Acts, ACRA filing and related regulations filing
- Experience with Company Secretary duties is advantage
- Mature, self-starter, independent, meticulous
- Hands-on experience with Xero would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
