**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicating and maintaining excellent servicing relationship with members/employees on the utilization and management of their insurance policy
- Providing full support to HR/group employees and/or Key Account Managers in clarifying/investigating any claim issues (e.g. delayed/pending/declined claims), checking on claims reimbursements etc.
- Managing claims appeals (of reasonable nature) with insurers including pre-auth cases that were declined until all options/means/approach has been fully exhausted
- Processing of pre-authorization requests and emergency procedures including liaising with clinics/providers/medical practitioners if necessary
- Handling direct-billing and e-claiming/online portal/mobile app enquiries and issues for Key Accounts Members as well as updating of materials/platforms/handbooks
- Contacting insurers to clarify benefit and policy questions impacting claims or benefits, networks and clinics
- Managing YS claims record efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct and timely status updates
- Assisting in group presentations/orientation or medical briefing with Key Account Managers
- Assisting in preparing of reports (Service report, Claims reports), drafting employee handbooks and other documentation needed by Key Account Managers in preparation of renewals or as required by the client
- Supporting the team in regular reviews of direct billing facilities of insurers (e.g. ensuring we receive updated lists on time, updating them on client microsites, PCP portal, etc) and assisting members in finding relevant/appropriate providers
- Assuming ad hoc duties assigned from time-to-time bv Team Leader/Senior Manager

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma** holder with a minimum 2 years of solid experience on **claims or client servicing in Insurance industry**:

- Insurance Certifications such as BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI are an advantage
- Customer centric, meticulous, strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Insurance Claims: 2 years (required)
- Insurance Client Servicing: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:
