Bluejay Finance is a blockchain-based fixed income marketplace that offers private credit investment opportunities to global investors.

The company has recently launched our marketplace and is working towards onboarding global investors onto its platform.

We have a founding team from top tech companies with years of experience shipping products for millions of users.

**Role Overview**:
As the Chief of Staff, you will have an instrumental role in the strategic planning and execution of special projects aimed at propelling the company forward. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our seasoned leadership team, all of whom have a track record of significant achievements in their respective fields.

**The team you will be working with**:

- Sherry Jiang (CEO): A former product marketing manager at Google, Sherry was instrumental in launching Google Pay in India and nurturing it into a 100M user product.
- Raymond Yeh (CTO): As an engineer with GovTech Singapore, Raymond played a key role in the launch of decentralised identity products, including OpenCerts, OpenAttestation and TradeTrust.
- Ye Myat (COO): Ye Myat is the former founder of Better HR, a cloud-based HR software, serving hundreds of companies and processing millions in salaries every month.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an extension of our CXO team, assisting in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
- Take the lead on planning and executing strategic projects, including marketing initiatives and executive branding campaigns, to drive the company's growth and success.
- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct market research, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights on industry trends to guide our strategic planning.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- High energy, tenacity, and a get-it-done attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A deep understanding of business functions such as Marketing, Sales and Engineering is a plus.
