We are looking for a visionary Chief Branding Officer (CBO) to lead our brand strategy, amplify our voice, and position TCO as a must-visit destination for cocktail enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with TCO’s mission, vision, and values.
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints, including marketing, social media, and guest experiences.
- Marketing Leadership: Oversee campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance TCO’s visibility locally and internationally.
- Customer Insights: Analyze guest feedback and market trends to refine the brand experience and ensure customer loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership, bartending team, and marketing staff to bring innovative branding ideas to life.
- Event Oversight: Shape the creative direction for TCO’s monthly cocktail buffets, pop-up dining events, and other experiential offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or a related leadership role, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and visual identity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for cocktails, culture, and creating memorable experiences.
