**Content Producer (Editorial)**

**Start date**: Immediate
**Salary**: Based on experience

Think Tank Studio is looking for a Content Producer (Editorial).

**Core responsibilities**

1. **CONTRIBUTE** to the conceptualisation and execution of content across different projects and platforms
- Plan and be responsible for the content and quality of content pieces for both internal and external work_, _ensuring the timely and successful submission of work
- Provide insights on industry or project-related topics through online sources, interviews and studies
- Develop content for various mediums and generate ideas for articles and stories with writing staff
- Produce, write, edit and oversee content production in various formats (e.g. podcasts, explainer videos, interactive articles)
- Create compelling headlines and body copy to capture the attention of the target audience
- Edit and re-write articles and stories, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writers for revision
- Identify audiences’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content
- Proof-read and copywrite for any other Company-related publications or projects

2. **SUPPORT** in the development of the projects unit’s capabilities and the execution of our projects
- Elevate and uphold the production standards of the projects unit
- Craft pitches and proposals to attain new projects for the company
- Implement projects from start to end by developing plans and coordinating with designers, writers, and project partners to ensure the timely execution of work
- Attend any relevant meetings, events and conferences, and make presentations and talks to stakeholders when necessary
- Handle any other Company-related matters as may arise or be assigned by the Managing Editor or Editor-in-Chief

**General**
- You must have the ability to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively

**Team Structure**:The Content Producer will work under the direct supervision of the Projects Lead as part of the Projects unit

**Salary**:Dependent on skills and experience

Think Tank Studio is a curatorial studio that makes meaning in a complex world by crafting compelling stories and experiences.

We do this through our own products — current affairs and educational magazines _Broader Perspectives, Present Perfect, _and _Represent_. We also help other organisations craft meaningful stories and experiences through our specialisations in research, content, design, and communication.

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
